The Chaine Des Rotisseurs is an international association of gastronomy founded in Paris in 1950 and dedicated to fine cuisine. The Mombasa chapter of the organisation is currently under the leadership of Mrs Shabnam Nayer. The chapter hosted a cheese and wine party, an annual event, at the Severin Sea Lodge last Saturday. It was organised and co-ordinated by Joseph Ndunda, the food an beverage manager of the lodge. In attendance were Hans Wittwer, an experienced German chef, and Lillian Obetto, the Farmers Choice Coast area manager.
