Michel Ongaro performs in Nairobi

Michel Ongaro is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music coach, active in the music scene since 2002. He is also blind and a cancer survivor but this has not deterred him from gaining a huge following in Kenya. The artist performed at the Sankara in Nairobi on Friday evening as part of a series of events organised by the March Forth Kenya Kids charity. The charity uses music, education and the arts to enrich the lives of Kenyan youth living in less economically endowed areas.
