Last weekend was filled with polo action as the second Samsung Nairobi Polo Tournament rolled into town at the Jamhuri Park. The biggest winner was Peroni who edged out Keringet by 5-4.5 to win the A Division Horseman Trophy. In spite of a brace from both Keringet’s captain Pete Griffiths (2) and Martin Waiganjo (2), it was not enough for the day as Martin Kaiser, playing off handicap 2, and who came in for injured Philou Salle, scored all five goals for Peroni.
