The Saudi National day was celebrated in Nairobi at a colourful luncheon on Tuesday afternoon at the Nairobi residence of ambassador Ghorm Said Malhan. The national day commemorates the anniversary of the unification by King Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, the founder of the modern Kingdom in 1932. In attendance were chief guest National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale, attorney general Githu Muigai, mining cabinet secretary Najib Balala, IEBC chairman Isaak Hassan, Lamu Senator Abu Chiaba, Kenya Red Cross secretary-general Abbas Gullet and members from the diplomatic community.
